1. 学校概况

About Jiangsu University

江苏大学是一所拥有百余年办学历史，以农业机械为特色，由江苏省人民政府和教育部、农业农村部共建的重点综合性大学。学校位于中国经济发展最活跃、开放程度最高、创新能力最强的长三角地区，主校区位于镇江市。学校是中国首批具有博士、硕士学位授予权的高校，也是全国首批来华留学质量认证高校，并在全国来华留学质量再认证中取得A等。学校主动融入“一带一路”教育行动，已为100多个国家和地区培养了数千名各类人才，现有学历留学生2200多人。近年来，学校聚焦内涵式高质量发展，奋力创建特色鲜明高水平大学，国内外办学影响持续提升，国际权威世界大学排名位置稳步前移。根据U.S. News & World Report 2024-2025年度全球最佳院校排名，江苏大学位列全球高校341位、中国内地高校42位。学校ESI国际排名381位，中国内地高校排名40位。根据高等教育评价机构软科发布的“2024软科世界大学学术排名”榜单显示，江苏大学位列全球高校300强，中国内地高校34-51位，江苏高校4-6位。在泰晤士高等教育（THE）发布的2025年世界大学排名中，江苏大学位列501-600区间。

Jiangsu University is a comprehensive university with a history of over a hundred years, specializing in agricultural machinery. It is jointly built by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China. The university is located in Yangtze River Delta, the most dynamic, open, and innovative region in China, with its main campus situated in Zhenjiang city. Jiangsu University was among the first universities in China granted the authority to confer doctoral and master's degrees. It was also among the first batch of Chinese universities receiving Higher General Education Accreditation for International Students. In 2023, the University achieved an "A" rating in the re-accreditation. The university participates actively in the "Belt and Road" education initiative and has educated thousands of students from over 100 countries and regions, with more than 2,200 international students currently enrolled in degree programs.

According to the latest ESI Ranking, JSU improved its ranking from 65 in 2016 to 40 in 2024 among China’s Universities. In the Times Higher Education World University Ranking (2025), JSU comes out 36th out of all universities in Chinese mainland, and in the QS Asian University Ranking (2024), JSU is ranked 32nd in Chinese mainland. In the U.S. News & World Report (2024-2025), JSU is ranked 341st globally and 42nd among Chinese mainland universities.

2. 申请条件

Qualifications

身心健康、学术背景良好、自觉遵守中国法律及学校规章制度、尊重中国人民风俗习惯的非中国籍公民。

Non-Chinese citizens who are physically and mentally healthy, possess a strong academic background, willingly to comply with Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect the customs and habits of the Chinese people are eligible to apply.

本科 For Bachelor's Degree

具有高中毕业或同等学力并持有效护照的外籍公民，18-25周岁，不满18周岁者需提交监护人保证书。对原为中国公民后加入外国国籍者，执行教育部相关规定。

Applicants should have completed high school or possess equivalent qualifications. They must hold a valid passport. 18 to 25 years old.

Applicants under 18 years of age should provide a guaranty from a guardian. Applicants who were previously Chinese citizens and have subsequently acquired foreign nationality shall meet the requirements in the relevant regulations of China's Ministry of Education.

硕士 For Master's Degree

具有学士学位或同等学力，年龄一般不超过30周岁。

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Principally, an applicant's age should not exceed 30 years old.

博士 For Ph.D. Degree

具有硕士学位或同等学力，年龄一般不超过40周岁。

Applicants should hold a master's degree or its equivalent. Principally, an applicant's age should not exceed 40 years old.

3. 专业目录

Programs

学校学科涵盖工学、农学、理学、医学、管理学、经济学、法学、文学、教育学、艺术学等10大学科门类。学校面向国际学生开放79个中文授课本科项目及22个英文授课本科项目，52个硕士项目，21个博士项目。具体招生目录如下：

Jiangsu University offers a wide range of academic disciplines, encompassing 10 categories, including Engineering, Agriculture, Science, Medicine, Management, Economics, Law, Literature, Education, and Arts. It provides 79 undergraduate majors taught in Chinese and 22 programs taught in English, 52 master’s programs, 21 doctoral programs for international students. 4. 申请材料

Application Documents

本科 For Bachelor's Degree Applicants

（1）护照首页扫描页（有效期晚于2026年3月31日），有在华经历者提供所有与中国相关的签证、居留许可扫描件；

（2）高中毕业证书原件或公证件，应届毕业生需提供由本人所在学校出具的预毕业证明（毕业时间应早于2025年9月10日）。注册报到时，须补交毕业证书;

（3）高中阶段全部课程成绩单的原件或公证件；

（4）英文授课申请者，需提供雅思、托福、多邻国等英语水平成绩单，雅思成绩须在5.5以上，托福成绩须在80分以上，多邻国成绩100分以上，EF SET 70分以上；

（5）自我陈述：提交来华学习意愿自我陈述（不少于800字），用中文或英文撰写。内容应包括个人学习、工作经历、来华留学动机、专业选择理由、毕业后的个人发展目标等；

（6）外国人体格检查表: 申请人需严格按照表中所列项目进行检查，检查结果有效期为6个月;

（7）六个月内经济能力证明（以下文件中的一项: 家庭存款证明、家庭房产证明、家长/监护人收入证明，建议5000美元及以上）;

（8）三个月内无犯罪记录证明（应届毕业生可提交在校表现良好证明）。

(1) Passport: A scanned copy of the passport's main page (valid until after March 31, 2026). Applicants with previous experience in China should provide scans of all documents related to Chinese visas and residence permits.

(2) High School Diploma: The original or notarized copy of the high school diploma. Current high school graduates should provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by their schools (graduation date should be before September 10, 2025). Upon registration, the official high school diploma must be submitted.

(3) High School Transcripts: The original or notarized copy of all high school course transcripts.

(4) English Proficiency Certificates: Applicants for programs taught in English must provide IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo or other English Test scores. IELTS scores should be above 5.5, TOEFL scores should be above 80, Duolingo scores should be above 100，EF SET should be above 70.

(5) Personal Statement: A self-statement of intent for studying in China (no less than 800 words), written in either Chinese or English. The content should include personal educational and work experiences, motivations for studying in China, reasons for selecting the specific major, and post-graduation personal development plans.

(6) Foreigner Physical Examination Form: Applicants must undergo a medical examination following the items listed in the form. The examination results are valid for 6 months.

(7) Financial Statement within 6 months: Either the family deposit certificate, property certificate or parent/guardian income certificate with a recommended minimum value of $5,000 or equivalent.

(8) Non-criminal Record within 3 months: Applicants without a non-criminal record certificate may submit proof of good conduct during their time in school (only for current high school graduates).

硕士和博士 For Master's and Ph.D. Degree Applicants

（1）护照首页扫描页（有效期晚于2026年3月31日），有在华经历者提供所有与中国相关的签证、居留许可扫描件；

（2）从本科起全部学位、学历证书的原件或公证件，应届毕业生需提供由本人所在学校出具的预毕业证明（毕业时间应早于2025年9月10日）。注册报到时，须补交证书原件;

（3）从本科起全部课程成绩单原件或公证件;

（4）个人简历（自本科起时间连续的学习经历，有在华学习经历者需提供全部学习经历）;

（5）个人陈述及学习计划，包括学习工作经历、专业成果、研究计划、发展目标等，800字以上，博士应提供详尽的学术研究计划；

（6）语言能力证明，需提供雅思、托福、多邻国等英语水平成绩单，雅思成绩须在5.5以上，托福成绩须在80分以上，多邻国成绩100分以上，EF SET 70分以上;

（7）两封中文或英文推荐信，推荐人需为相关领域副教授及以上;

（8）外国人体格检查表: 申请人需严格按照表中所列项目进行检查，检查结果有效期为6个月;

（9）六个月内经济能力证明（以下文件中的一项: 家庭存款证明、家庭房产证明、家长/监护人收入证明，建议5000美元及以上）;

（10）三个月内无犯罪记录证明（应届毕业生可提交在校表现良好证明）;

（11）已发表的学术论文目录及摘要。

(2) Original or Notarized Degree Certificates: Original or notarized copies of all degree certificates starting from the undergraduate level. Current graduates should provide a pre-graduation certificate issued by their universities (graduation date should be before September 10, 2025). The original degree certificates must be submitted upon registration.

(3) Original or Notarized Transcripts: Transcripts for all courses taken starting from the undergraduate level.

(4) CV: Include a chronological list of educational experience from the undergraduate level onward. Applicants with previous educational experience in China should include all study experiences.

(5) Study Plan: At least 800 words, including details about applicants' educational and work background, academic achievements, research plans, and personal development goals. Ph.D. applicants should also provide a detailed academic research plan.

(6) English Proficiency Certificates: Applicants from non-English speaking countries should provide IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo or other English Test scores. IELTS scores should be above 5.5, TOEFL scores should be above 80, Duolingo scores should be above 100，EF SET should be above 70.

(7) Two Recommendation Letters: Either Chinese or English and signed by associate professors or professors in a relevant field.

(8) Foreigner Physical Examination Form: Applicants must undergo a medical examination following the items listed in the form. The examination results are valid for 6 months.

(9) Financial Statement within 6 months: Either the family deposit certificate, property certificate or parent/guardian income certificate with a recommended minimum value of $5,000 or equivalent.

(10) Non-criminal Record within 3 months: Applicants without a non-criminal record certificate may submit proof of good conduct during their time in university (only for current university students).

(11) List and Abstracts of Published Academic Papers.

注意事项：

（1）上传的各种证明、证书须为中文或英文的原件或公证件。

（2）上传文件的格式须为原版彩色扫描件。

（3）申请者应保证所提供的信息和材料真实、准确，杜绝弄虚作假,否则取消入学资格。

Notes:

(1) All documents uploaded should be in Chinese or English and be original or notarized copies.

(2) The uploaded documents should be in the original color scanned format.

(3) Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of the information and materials provided, and any misrepresentation may result in disqualification from registration.

How to Apply

完成江苏大学在线申请 (http://admission.ujs.edu.cn/) 并支付报名费200元人民币。报名费不予退还。招生办公室将为本科生和研究生申请者安排入学考试和学术考核。

Complete the online application for admission at Jiangsu University through the following link: http://admission.ujs.edu.cn/

And make the application fee payment of CNY 200. The application fee is non-refundable. The Admission Office will arrange entrance examinations and academic assessments for undergraduate and graduate applicants respectively.

7. 费用和奖学金

Fees and Scholarships

（1）学费：各专业学费请扫描“3.专业目录”下方的二维码。

收到《预录取通知书》后，学生需按要求在规定期限内缴纳座位费。到校报到后，座位费将用于抵扣注册费和部分学费。学生因各种原因未成功报到的，已缴纳的座位费不予退还。请参考网站：https://oec.ujs.edu.cn/zsxx/sqlc.htm

（2）其他费用：

申请费：200元人民币，无论录取与否，不予退还；

住宿费：4500元/床位/年（北面），4900元/床位/年（南面），或者30元/床/天。

签证费：425元/次（含拍照）

体检费：550元/次

保险费：600元/年

(1) Tuition Fee: Please refer to the attached QR code in "3. Programs" for the tuition of each program.

After recieving Pre-admission Notice, students are requested to pay reservation fee. The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted in registration fee and rest of tuition accordingly upon students' arrival and registration. Pls refer to the website:

(2) Other Fees:

Application Fee: CNY 200, non-refundable, regardless of admission.

Accommodation Fee: CNY 4,500 per bed per year (North side) or CNY 4,900 per bed per year (South side), or CNY 30 per bed per day.

Visa Fee: CNY 425 each time (Photography is included.)

Medical Examination Fee: CNY 550 per examination.

Insurance Fee: CNY 600 per year.

8. 住宿

Accommodation

江苏大学留学生提供校内宿舍，全部为双人间，房间配备独立卫生间、空调、热水器等设施，楼栋内有厨房、活动室。因校内宿舍房源有限，遵循先到先得原则。

Jiangsu University provides on-campus dormitories for international students, all of which are double rooms. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, water heater, and other facilities. The dormitory buildings also have kitchens and common areas. Due to limited availability, on-campus dormitories are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
